Harry is back! Manchester United captain Maguire meets again with his English teammates for training to strengthen Gareth Southgate before the start of the Euro 2020 against Croatia
Harry Maguire gave Gareth Southgate a big boost when he returned to full practice with the English squad on Thursday.
The defender had worked alone in the gym after recovering from an ankle problem that kept him out of Manchester United’s Europa League final defeat by Villarreal.
That means the Three Lions boss now has all 26 members of his squad available for Group D’s opening game against Croatia.

The Manchester United defender has been absent since suffering an ankle injury in May
Southgate appeared to be experimenting on the left side of a back three in training with Maguire’s United teammate Luke Shaw this week as he weighed all of his options behind.
Maguire could still return straight to the line-up after an injury though, that’s his standing with the English team.
He didn’t seem to have any problems, as he did the warm-up before taking part in defensive and passing drills.
Maguire was a mainstay of the English side at Southgate and one of the first names on the team roster – he played every minute of the 2020 qualifying campaign.

Fears over Maguire were highlighted by Southgate’s selection of Ben White to replace the injured Trent Alexander-Arnold as he insisted that the Brighton center-back be used for balance.
England’s first game is against Croatia on Sunday at Wembley for a flying start to Group D.
On June 18th they will face Scotland before the last group game against the Czech Republic on June 22nd.
