“I have to get used to my new normal first”: Jana Kramer turns to therapy when she begins her new life as a single woman after her divorce from husband Mike Caussin
“I have to get used to my new normal and I think I forgive myself for not really knowing how to do it. You know?’
Jana described how she planned to use books and therapy in her healing process.
“I’m just trying to really immerse myself in books and my therapist and not put a band-aid on things because in order to grow fully, you have to grieve and heal. You know, I’m just trying to be really aware of it and not get distracted with this, that, and the other, ”she said.
“But I want to go back to something normal, even in my new normal. So that’s with you. But thanks again, it means more to me than you know. ‘

Jana filed for divorce from Mike earlier this month after six years of marriage for “inappropriate marital behavior, irreconcilable differences and adultery”.
The couple went through the wringer and in 2016 Mike entered a sex addiction treatment center after repeatedly cheating on his wife.
The exes have since issued an injunction to prevent them from speaking “pejoratively” about each other in front of their two children.

According to the Williamson County Clerk, an order will be automatically issued with all divorce notices filed in the area.
The temporary document means that they are prohibited from harassing, threatening, attacking, or abusing the other spouse, or making “derogatory remarks” about the other to their children or employers. It was shared in court documents issued by E! News.
The order means that neither Jana nor Mike can take their children, Jolie, five, and two-year-old Jace, out of Tennessee or more than 50 miles from home without the approval of the court.

Neither party may borrow, transfer, or hide common property, or hide or destroy evidence on computer hard drives or other devices, without permission.
However, the order insisted that they “can maintain the marital standard of living,” although they must record all expenses.
The former couple have entered into a marriage agreement and Jana seeks custody of the children, and Mike to pay maintenance and legal expenses.
