Consumer monitoring Which? exclusively announced the results of its latest auto reliability survey to This is Money, and the most reliable model may not be what you think of first.
Mazda’s current MX-5 sports car is the best-selling roadster in automobile history – and the latest version, which starts at £ 24,055 in the UK, has also been dubbed the most reliable in showrooms for British drivers.

A total of around 47,013 motorists completed the car reliability survey in 2020 and reported on their experiences with a total of 55,833 engines.
This makes it one of the most comprehensive vehicle reliability studies in the UK.
The results of last year’s poll, published by This is Money in September, showed that premium models had fared poorly in the annual reliability poll, with both Land Rover and Tesla criticized by owners.
